Executive Coaches Carol Stewart, Claudia Crawley, Hira Ali and Ishreen Bradley joined Jenny to discuss the crucial role that line managers play in supporting and developing their team members and how to ensure you are valuing all talent.
They talked about why you should consider how you manage your staff from ethnically diverse backgrounds; things that managers may be accidentally doing that can diminish the productivity, performance, morale or ambition of their talent from ethnically diverse backgrounds; and the advantage of being the hand up rather than the concrete ceiling.
