Try Something New for 30 Days

Research from countries coming out of the other side of the COVID-19 outbreak, is saying that even although many people had great intentions they didn’t use their extra time as wisely as they could. There are of course good reasons for this such as anxiety, lack of resources and exhaustion.

However, if you are up for the challenge and feel resourceful enough to take it on, why not try something new for 30 days.

Maybe there’s something you’ve always wanted to try like taking a photo a day, writing a blog, getting fit or trying a new hobby. Or something you’d like to cut out like reducing caffeine or sugar.

Be the person who decided to go for it and try something new for 30 days. We can’t wait to see the positive impact it will have for you.

This challenge is now closed. Sign up for Jenny’s newsletter to be notified when we are running it again.
