Executive Coaches Joseph Ogbonna and Mark Anderson joined Jenny to discuss whether Coaching has the power to deliver on the International Men’s Day intentions to make a positive difference to the wellbeing and lives of men and boys and promote a positive conversation about men, manhood and masculinity.
We talked about how male executives can benefit from having a Coach, why there are so few male Coaches – particularly black male executive coaches – what we can do to change things and what it means to be a man in 2021.
