During the holiday season, although it should be a fun time, most of us encounter
stresses, pressures and strains.
Whether that’s around a strain on finances due to purchasing gifts, additional food,
travel, and the seasonal increase in utility bills, or increased social commitments
like school plays, office parties, and additional social functions, it can be hard to
find a free afternoon or evening to relax and unwind.
To counter the stresses, pressures and strains of the holiday season, we are
planning to share a wave of gratitude and we would love you to join us.
Our movement will focus on ‘What I am thankful for this holiday season….’
We are asking you to record a quick video from your smart phone, it only has to be
30 – 60 seconds, saying the following:
Hi I am (state your name)
What I am thankful for this holiday season is….

Some ideas for you –
You could be thankful for:
an opportunity to spend time with family
a roof over your head
your contribution to charity
that you have survived the year
that you have overcome….
that your business is thriving
etc, etc, etc
