Inclusive Leadership

Inclusive leadership means involving all stakeholders in a community or organisation and including and valuing their contributions

It’s not about counting people, it’s about making people count.

Researchers from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business found that feeling excluded in the workplace, leads to greater job dissatisfaction, health problems and causes more people to quit their job, compared to those who are harassed and bullied.

For Jenny and her team, Inclusive leadership is about involving all stakeholders in a community or organisation and including their contributions.

Inclusion means being at the table at all levels of the organisation, being a valued contributor and being fully responsible for your contribution to the ultimate result.

We work with you to co-create development to meet your needs, depending on where you are on your inclusive leadership journey.

Recent projects include:

  • Focus groups for managers at a leading financial body in the UK, to understand what gets in the way of them being inclusive and what support they need to be changemakers.
  • Workshops with line managers at a leading UK Retailer, to provide tools for having more inclusive conversations with their colleagues from Black, Asian and Minority backgrounds.
