Researchers from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business found that feeling excluded in the workplace, leads to greater job dissatisfaction, health problems and causes more people to quit their job, compared to those who are harassed and bullied.

- Focus groups for managers at a leading financial body in the UK, to understand what gets in the way of them being inclusive and what support they need to be changemakers.
- Workshops with line managers at a leading UK Retailer, to provide tools for having more inclusive conversations with their colleagues from Black, Asian and Minority backgrounds.
