What should leaders expect from their coaching?
We typically begin the process with a triangular conversation between the line manager, coachee and coach. This can include HR or other sponsors also. The purpose is to contract around confidentiality, objectives and how we will work together. Reviews during the process and at the end can also take place as well as evaluation.
Our programmes range from one-to-one coaching, bespoke 6–8-month Leadership programmes for those from ethnically diverse backgrounds to navigate their career to whole organisation programmes to cultivate belonging.
