Thank you to all those who attended our event: Neurodiversity – an Asset? What does it mean for employers and employees?

Executive Coaches Geetha Ramachandran, Janice Taylor and Sasi Panchal joined Jenny to discuss what Neurodiversity means to them and why it matters in the world of work.

They talked about why neurodiversity matters; what organisations can do to make their people management approach neurodiversity smart; tips for building an inclusive team which includes those who are neurodivergent; and tips to help those who identify as neurodivergent to be successful in the workplace.
