Our ‘Thinking Strategically about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’ event took place on 13th May with 295 people registered to attend.

Executive Coaches Carol Stewart and Suki Collins, both registered on the Diverse Executive Coach Directory, joined me to discuss:

  1. Why do senior managers need to move on from the discussion stage of Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging and get a clear strategy in place?
  2. What are the important things to consider and pitfalls to avoid when creating a D & I Strategy?
