
With all that’s happened in the world over recent years, from the murder of George Floyd, to global protests and the Black Lives Matter movement, it’s clear that while we are moving forwards, there is more work to do to create an inclusive, diverse society where everyone feels that they belong.
So this year we will be focusing on Advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace, and how we can develop ourselves and make changes at work to move towards a culture where everyone feels included and able to thrive.
Each month we will provide a blog with practical tips and resources. Throughout the year we’ll also hold events to provide insight and challenge your thinking. Also don’t forget to invite Jenny into your organisation to provide a talk or programme bespoke to your needs.
